Regulations Officer (Export Import)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in import/export or related field
- Strongly understand Laws of Customs, Trade, Industry and related governments
- Strongly understand regulation related to Export Import
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills and also very good communication skill
- Extensive negotiating skills
- Bi-lingual or Multi-lingual speaking english and Mandarin
- Having Kepabeanan Certificate is a MUST
Job Description:
- Attending Tax Court
- EXIM; Ensure proper classification of material, proper valuation, correct country of origin or accumulation, and that shipment are in accordance with global bilateral agreements
- Internal data entry for inventory and financial tracking/accountability
- Ability to negotiate terms and contracts with vendors and clients
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of export & import laws and regulations
- Communicates with Traffic/Shipping on all international shipments
- Reports Potential Export/Import Violations
- Developing and implementing an export/import compliance program
- Coordinate with relevant institutions required for export such as customs clearance, insurance, freight and other services
